The Villars Framework offers a WTO reform agenda that would better the align the trade system with the world community’s commitment to climate change action and sustainability more broadly. The session will explore this potential for trade to become a point of real leverage for delivering transformative change that might move the world toward a clean energy future and a ramped-up response to climate change.
