Event description:

Join us for a conversation with Helen Crowley, Head of Sustainable Sourcing Innovation at Kering.  Dr. Crowley will discuss sustainable sourcing in luxury supply chains, and the opportunities for innovative financing approaches.

Kering’s Environment Profit & Loss Accounting methodology shows clearly that raw material production through forestry, agriculture and mining, is the point in the supply chain where the business impacts and dependencies on nature are most significant. This means that sustainable sourcing of these materials are a priority to underpin a  sustainable business model. The presentation will cover some of the innovative approaches to financing the sustainable production of key raw materials and ensuring the uptake into supply chains and products.
