Doug Kysar Featured in the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR), a joint publication between Vanderbilt University Law School and the Environmental Law Institute (ELI), featured Professor Doug Kysar’s paper “What Climate Change Can Do About Tort Law” in its 2011-2012 volume.

Vanderbilt Law students work with an advisory board and ELI senior staff to select the year’s best legal and policy solutions to pressing environmental problems. The students edit a volume that includes condensed versions of the selected articles along with commentaries from leading experts; the authors and commentators then present their work at an annual conference in Washington, DC.

The 2011-2012 ELPAR also featured Jonathan Adler’s “Eyes on a Climate Prize: Rewarding Energy Innovation to Achieve Climate Stabilization,” and Daniel Farber’s “Uncertainty.”

The annual review conference took place April 13, 2012, on Capitol Hill. The agenda, along with audio recordings of all three panels, are available on the ELI website.
