The New Directions in Environmental Law (NDEL) Conference will be held Friday (afternoon) - Saturday, February 26 - 27, 2016. This year’s conference will feature Mark Tercek, President and CEO of the Nature Conservancy, another exciting keynote speaker (TBD), as well as a variety of workshops and panels on:
- clean energy finance
- post-conflict environmental impact
- climate change litigation
- state-level utility regulation
- innovation in military environmental police
- Indian water rights
