Dr. Kumi Naidoo in Conversation with Professor Dan Esty

Event description: 

Dr. Naidoo is a global justice advocate, practitioner, and leader on addressing the human dimensions of global climate change and poverty. Currently, he directs the African Civil Society Centre, an initiative to promote and strengthen the effectiveness of civil society in Africa. In the past he served as International Executive Director of Greenpeace; chair of the Global Campaign for Climate Action; and a founder of the Global Call to Action Against Poverty.  Naidoo is a Rhodes Scholar and holds a D.Phil. in Politics from Oxford University.

On September 25, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m., Dr. Naidoo will be in conversation with Professor Daniel Esty, Hillhouse Professor of Environmental Law and Policy, School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and Clinical Professor of Environmental Law & Policy, Yale Law School. The talk will be held at Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, Kroon Hall G01; lunch will be served.
