2005 has been an eventful year for the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. Of particular note was the naming of Dan Esty, our founding Director, to an endowed chair, the Hillhouse Professor of Environmental Law and Policy, with joint appointments at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and Yale Law School.
